FOOD & MOVIE PERMISSION FORM
Here is a blanket food permission form for the entire school year. The food items on this list are ones we have used in the past for class parties and special math, science, and ELA lessons. Please check any items that your child can **NOT** have below. There is a box for substitution suggestions if your child cannot have items on this list.
Also, as part of our educational enrichment, we occasionally show movies that are rated G (General Audiences) or PG (Parental Guidance Suggested). These films are carefully selected to align with our educational goals and to be age-appropriate for our students. Some of these movies may be used to support curriculum topics, spark classroom discussion, or provide a fun and appropriate reward experience.
We are requesting your permission to allow your child to view G and PG-rated films during the school year. Specific movie titles will be shared with you in advance when possible, and if you have any concerns about a particular film, you may opt your child out of that viewing.
